Quotations and scope
All website projects are confirmed through a written quotation or agreement defining deliverables, schedule, fees and included revision rounds. Added scope is separately quoted.
Payment
A 50% deposit is required before work begins. The remaining balance is due before the final website is transferred or launched, unless the written agreement states otherwise.
Cancellation and refunds
The deposit becomes non-refundable once work begins. If Forgeward cancels before delivering the agreed work, amounts paid for undelivered work will be refunded.
Client responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate content, timely feedback and access to required accounts. Delivery schedules begin after the deposit and required content are received. Delays or added scope extend the timeline.
Ownership and portfolio use
Final agreed website deliverables transfer after full payment. The client owns their domain, hosting and core accounts. Forgeward may display completed work in its portfolio after launch unless a written NDA or agreement says otherwise.
Support and third-party costs
Each package includes 30 days of technical support for the delivered build. Domain, hosting, software, payment processing and other provider fees are paid directly by the client unless agreed otherwise.
